My experience working with Sudha was exceptional. She totally sweated the details to make the house look great, but also had a very business-like appreciation for keeping our costs as low as possible. I think Sudha is unique in her ability to visualize things about the house that could be communicated to potential buyers. She loved our house, which was quirky, and had great ideas for different types of buyers on how they could use the space. She also had good knowledge about our neighborhood and the surrounding area, and could communicate some of the ancillary benefits knowledgeably. How we know about Sudha: I tracked real estate sales in our neighborhood for two years. I took pictures of all the agent signs and recorded each house's listing price and actual sale price on Zillow. Sudha was one of the few agents who could sell the house in  Saddlebrook for a fair price. In my opinion, most homes in our neighborhood were sold below their value.
