• 6 cups seedless watermelon - cut into 1 inch cubes
• 1/4 cup fresh basil - cut into thin strips
• 4 oz feta cheese - broken or cut into chunks
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• 1 tablespooon extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tablespoon honey

Combine watermelon basil, and feta in a bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil and honey an pour over watermelon mixture. Season with sale and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
